Like the back of my hand.

The paper was burnt into ashes and mixed to make a printing ink.

I applied this to the back of my wedding hand (the one with wedding ring finger)

’94 was the year I met my husband and this year, the year of making this piece represents 25 years of knowing each other and 24 years of marriage.

Like the back of my hand.

Ashes to ashes.

Dust to dust.

Together

Til death.

and beyond.
